Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and attach it securely to your original shipping box.

Pack and Ship

Place the eyewear, protective case, and cleaning cloth inside the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection

Once our specialists verify the condition of the frames, we will process your refund or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
